Condor offers a wide range of courses on the use of all our products and deployment tools. We also provide more theoretical classes on the progressive and proportionate use of non-lethal technologies for crowd control and in other situations where less-than-lethal approaches are required to address the presence of civilian and non-combatant individuals, and the desire to minimise harm.

We provide training to government, non-governmental and private sector organisations and industry professionals. Our intuitive course progression ensures operators and other personnel in the field, as well as commanders and higher-level decision-makers, understand the proper deployment of each product, as well as the conditions and timing when they should be used.
We complement hands-on practice with case studies showing where each technology has successfully been deployed, representing appropriate and optimal use cases for each product.
All Condor instructors are highly qualified, bringing extensive practical experience in relevant fields such as law enforcement and the military. We conduct trainings at our facilities or at customer locations around the world.
CEPROF – Progressive and Proportional Use of Force Training Center

The CEPROF, from Condor Non-Lethal Technologies, offers training in non-lethal technologies for public and private institutions, qualifying multipliers and operators with specific, modern training programs.
The center's structure ensures access to instructional content aligned with the key requirements of each technology, promoting the correct application of the non-lethal concept. The courses emphasize the proportional and differentiated use of force, including case studies for reference in future operations.
With a highly qualified faculty, CEPROF conducts training in Brazil and abroad, preparing law enforcement agents for the effective and responsible use of the most advanced non-lethal technologies.
Condor offers lectures and demonstrations on its entire range of non-lethal technologies, catering to both public and private institutions.
Audience: Government Agencies, Military Forces, Government Entities, and Private Security Companies.
The Non-Lethal Technologies (TNL) Instructor Course aims to train instructors and multipliers who can spread the non-lethal concept through theoretical presentations and technical instruction on the products. The emphasis is on the importance of the proportional use of force by law enforcement agents, ensuring the responsible application of these technologies.
The course curriculum covers theoretical fundamentals and technical operation of Condor products, providing in-depth knowledge on strategic planning and efficient implementation of TNLs. To complete the course, participants must pass a written evaluation, present a technical project, and demonstrate practical competence in using non-lethal technologies.
With a complete and structured program, the training ensures that instructors are well-prepared to train new professionals, guaranteeing the correct, ethical, and effective use of TNLs in public and private security contexts.

This course introduces students to the concept of Non-Lethal Technologies, including chemical agents (such as pepper spray and tear gas), available spray technologies, types and forms of agent application, and theoretical and practical concepts on contamination and decontamination. By the end, students will be qualified to use Condor's TNLs.

With both practical and theoretical approaches, this course provides participants with the necessary knowledge to instruct the use of the SPARK Electronic Incapacitation Device, leveraging the proven experience of instructors in global contexts, ensuring excellence in training.

The SPARK Operator Course introduces participants to the concept of Non-Lethal Technologies and prepares them to operate the SPARK Electronic Incapacitation Device efficiently, combining theory and practice to ensure the safe and effective use of the equipment.

These are quick courses designed to train participants to operate one or two non-lethal technologies, providing focused and efficient learning in a short period of time.
