Sustainability

Condor operates sustainably, aligning its processes with ISO 14001 certification and adopting practices that minimize environmental impact. In its modern manufacturing plant, located next to the Tinguá Biological Reserve – the largest preserved area of Atlantic Forest in the state of Rio de Janeiro – the company runs active programs for the preservation of fauna and flora, reinforcing its commitment to environmental conservation.
This concern is also reflected in the development of innovative solutions. In addition to efficient waste management, energy consumption reduction, and material recycling, Condor invests in sustainable technologies, such as the ECOBODY grenade line. A pioneer in the sector, this technology combines high operational performance with environmental responsibility, offering devices with a 100% biodegradable body that provide the same stunning effect as traditional grenades, without leaving harmful residues in the environment.
Community
Condor believes that its social responsibility practices are an extension of its corporate role, going beyond its economic objectives and the production of goods and services. Therefore, the company actively and responsibly participates in the community, developing initiatives focused on social development and environmental conservation, working towards reducing environmental impacts and promoting a more ethical and just society.

The company recognizes the importance of supporting and developing sustainable projects with medium and long-term goals, while also addressing urgent needs that require immediate actions.
Condor supports various initiatives, including individual actions that encourage the social leadership of community members. Some examples include:
- Support for the Municipal Department of Social Assistance and Violence Prevention (SEMASPV) in the Social Action and Citizenship project;
- Support for the Municipal School, through the renovation and maintenance of the unit, setup of the computer lab with donated computers, provision of an instructor, and encouragement of corporate volunteering;
- Signing the "Corporate Commitment Declaration to Combat the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents", with an extensive internal awareness campaign for employees on the topic, along with publicizing the initiative with the Residents' Association and local businesses.

The role of non-lethal technologies
The development and production of tools based on the Non-Lethal Concept has been a challenge embraced by Condor since its founding in 1985. As conflicts evolve and security approaches change, the need for both cultural and technological advancement has become clear.

According to NATO, non-lethal weapons are specifically designed to temporarily incapacitate individuals, minimizing fatalities and permanent injuries to the greatest extent possible. This enables the application of force to become more strategic, prioritizing containment without causing irreversible harm or fatalities.
Non-lethal weapons are, therefore, a crucial part of the solution to prevent violent progressions, allowing the necessary force to be applied progressively and in a controlled manner, reducing the need for firearms.
This philosophy remains unchanged to this day, constantly pushing boundaries to create and produce the best, most advanced, and modern non-lethal technologies, with one fundamental premise: a commitment to life.
